Working with elderly in community as well as in aged care for the past 15 years makes us passionate about working with elderly and help them keep maintain their mobility and independence. We are specialised in running exercise programmes in providing soft tissue massage to help manage pain and comfort as well as falls prevention.

In addition, I also specialise in NDIS, Home-care, disability and in the community work.
